Kelly spent over 19 years battling addiction. His lived experience in transitioning from active addiction and homelessness into a meaningful career is his most valuable contribution to this project. Making the most of his experience by helping others is his "why". As a Business Development professional, Kelly builds trust and partnerships naturally. 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing growth strategies afford proficiency in transforming conceptions into revenue.

Alan brings a valuable combination of facilitation and content development expertise. His extensive and diverse experience in delivering community, corporate and post-secondary training allows him to create interactively, engaged learning environments. He is a trained Recovery Coach and Peer Support Practitioner, completing requirements from CCAR and CMHA respectively. He has worked in the financial services industry, the non-profit sector and post-secondary education. He brings this broad perspective to adapt training programs to the specific needs of clients. Alan is in long-term recovery and is active in both the recovery community and other communities. He is an advocate for building recovery capital, having experienced the thriving of individuals fully supported with all necessary resources. Alan embodies recovery-oriented practice, empowering individuals from a place of personal strength and agency.

Jason has been working with organizations in the people space for over 20 years. He is the Founder and Leader of Straight Up HR. His strong character and personality have been built over the course of his life, but his career success can be directly attributed to his experiences as an Olympian and National competitor, downhill skiing for Canada. Jason creates change in organizations, helping them build the framework to be successful through their people. His passion to develop people and coach them to flourish in their careers created a natural fit for him to coach others in the On A Dime program and help them realize their true potential. Jason has two bachelor's degrees from the University of Alberta, BA in Psychology and B.Comm in HR Management. His background in the industry coupled with his drive for competing to win has given him the fortitude to help many people not only in their personal lives but also find their career dreams. Jason has a Mastery in Coaching and is working to complete his ACC designation through ICF by the end of 2021 continuing to enhance his abilities to help others.
